*       Four-year degree in computers or better (B.S. in computer
science preferred)=20
*       6+ years of software development experience=20
*       Recent and demonstrable experience working with Microsoft .NET=20
*       Recent and demonstrable experience with C#  (no substitutions)
*       Ability to work in a team atmosphere=20
*       Track record of working within the framework of an existing
application architecture=20
*       Experience with SQL databases a plus=20
*       Must be willing to relocate/work on site, in Western PA or
California
*       Pittsburgh based architects/developers must be willing to spend
20 weeks in California.
