Senior .NET developer in Houston, TX

My company, Palladium Consulting, is looking to fill an open senior
developer position in Houston, TX. We are a custom software and
integration consulting company who are at present involved in some
amazing technical computing at Shell Exploration & Production. The
tools we have worked on for the last 24 months have already helped
expert geologists and economists to make hundred million dollar
decisions. Our team is defining the new direction of technology in
our division of Shell; because of this we are in an excellent
position to grow our footprint and work on more projects there over
the next year.

The developer we'm looking to hire should be

- comfortable with large (Oracle) databases and distributed applications
- a good web programmer, using some recent technologies, such as ASP.NET
(preferable) or Java Struts/etc.; this includes good client-side
knowledge of JavaScript, SVG, etc. where possible.
- a good C# or VB.NET programmer.
- familiar with GIS, if possible.
- available to start in August in Houston. This project resembles
research, and so we have a very interactive, driven team. Important
decisions are made on site every day.
- interested in a full-time position at a small company.
