At age of 23 I have a resume of senior programmer, but as our (in this =
case
polish) market vary, my senior goes through Java and fellows (J2EE,JME,
etc), all kinds of C/C++/VC++/ MFC and so one, .NET - my love 8-) and =
much,
much more... And after a years I founded that here, at Poland is a =
slight
opportunity to earn as much as I'm worth - just because at Poland my =
work
isn't worth as much ... So I goes online, for second job, and believe me =
-
you have to desperate to catch such a job.
So please - just throw away these mails. People who just started this =
way,
will learn that 'on site' doesn't mean - 'work on my website', or just =
give
up.=20
But I they read a post like yours several times a week - they give up.=20
They will start to write some creepy soft, for creepy money - and there
won't be teams which could bring something new, better...
Because we are hardworking, we are still learning, and as m$ said 'we =
have
the potential'. As far, as we will finally came to USA where no work is
needed at programmer paradise were hour of work is worth 40+/hour, not =
as
Poland ca. 4-6/hour ;-) (maybe ca.10 when I add all taxes to my hour =
salary)

ok, i guess "You must be able to work full time, on site." was not =
specific
enough.  If you are about to respond and tell me how you have a group of
pepole in india, china, or russia and you can supply 4 men for the price =
of
one, please don't.  I have gotten several of these so far.

This position requires somone who can be at the location of the project,
not half way across the world.
