I need help, and you can work from home!!

This is NOT a .Net job eniterly, but new development can be done in
C#/asp.net


I am in need of someone who can help me on a project that at this time, has
no end date. Ideally, this would be someone already employed full time, or
as an indepent contactor (preferably), and looking for some more work and
can be available at least 5 hours a week. The amount of hours will differ
every week, sometimes 0, 1, or even 10.  It will change constantly.

this person would need to be proficient in ASP/T-SQL and JavaScript in a
IE/NS environment, and have experience working with enterprise manager and
query analyzer to build stored procedures. This site also uses third party
components, and others such as CDONTS/ASPMail for email, and file upload
and image resize components.

This person would be working remotely as an independent consultant (working
for them selves) and would just be providing their service on an hourly "as
is" basis that could end at any time. Therefore you will need your own
development tools to use such as VID and SQL Server 2000. The work is done
via connecting remotely to an ISP over the internet. You will get paid by
sending an invoice with the hours you work every two weeks, and get a check
by mail once or twice a month.

Resume, and URLS must accompany your hourly rate. It is very imporatant
that you also include your hourly rate so I know this up front.

Preference will be given to someone with the skills and the lowest rate, so
the lower your rate increases your chances better. Probably due to what I
can afford, people will only have one or two years of good experience.
Also, I want this person to work locally and then deploy to the production
server, so I would also like someone with a spare machine that could
install the whole site (asp/com/sql 2k) so we can test changes before
deployment.

also, most work is enhancements to existing code, but new work can be done
in asp.net/c#.
