CT .NET talent needed

I know it's rare but I'm looking for someone with experience managing a
large project (~30,000 hours) preferably with a virtual team AND
strong .NET development expertise (Microsoft architect). Project is for 9-
12 months in southern Connecticut. The client wants an on-site resource.
