.NET Opportunity in Dallas, TX

There are 2 developer positions open in a new development unit of Kemper
Insurance. Initial team size is 5 and will expand within a year. This new
development unit will focus on multiple applications requested and deployed
throughout the Kemper enterprise. Most applications will be web-based,
however there is the possibility of middleware, client-server, windows
application development (although limited), and integration and communition
with existing Java and mainframe applications. We are looking for solid,
team-oriented developers who can add more than just keystrokes to our team.

Requirements:

2-3+ years development experience
The more .NET experience the better (ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Remoting, Web
Services, etc)
Solid understanding of C#
Solid SQL Server/T-SQL experience (other database experience definitely a
plus, we're not always working with SQL Server)
HTML/Javascript/client-side technology experience required
XML/XSLT experience a plus
