.NET Application Developer Position - Scottsdale, Arizona

Seeking an experienced Windows application developer for a full-time, on
site .NET project in our CRM division.  Ideal candidate will have solid
experience with the following skills/technologies:

*       Strong C++/Java background & OOP skills 
*       Windows application development skills
*       SDK/component development experience
*       ADO/ADO.NET and relational database systems
*       Source control (VSS to start - CVS would be nice as we're
changing)
*       XML fundamentals

        Nice to haves:

*       .NET Windows Forms (rich client experience) & other .NET
experience
*       Good understanding of Win32 internals
*       COM experience desirable
*       Custom control development/GDI
*       Web services
*       .NET Remoting
