Crystal Reports 9 .... It cannot be deployed to client machines !!!!

This is a warning to anyone considering purchasing or upgrading to CR9.
Although the product can be purchased and proclaims .NET compatibility for
the report designer, It cannot as yet be used to deploy reports. Our company
spent 2 or 3 wasted days trying to get our deployed application (winforms)
to display and print reports on client machines, but it would not. Following
a couple of calls to the Crystal Care support guys, I was informed that the
CR9 .Net MSM's (merge modules) are not ready yet and haven't been released.
They alledge that the release date is Sept 16th. No mention of this is made
anywhere on their website that I can find as yet.
