regarding a class loader error msg

Hi,
 running the test programs with changes to the GC module, i noticed the
following Log message getting generated. the program runs
successfully to completion though.
what could be the problem?
Failed to find class "System.Threading.ThreadStopException" in the
manifest for assembly
"file:///home/archana/rotor/sscli/build/v1.x86fstchk.rotor/mscorlib.dll"
