There is a bug in the Rotor garbage collector - MovedReference callback
is never called.

Subject: [DOTNET-ROTOR] MovedReferences

I have set the notification masks for the profiler:
COR_PRF_MONITOR_GC
COR_PRF_MONITOR_OBJECT_ALLOCATED
COR_PRF_ENABLE_OBJECT_ALLOCATED

However, I never received any MovedReferences callback even the program
being profiled causes 9 GC invocations.

Is there a special case/restriction for MovedReferences to be called?

Thank you.
