It says that Visual Studio .NET is a requirement.  Is that true?  Also,
have any of you had any problems running Rotor on Windows 2000?

 

On Windows you will need: 

*       Windows XP or Windows 2000. We recommend Windows XP. 
*       Microsoft Visual Studio .NET. 
*       Perl 5.6 (available from http://www.perl.org.) 
*       Archiving utility of choice-WinZip or other. 
*       256 MB of memory. 
*       One gigabyte of free disk space.
