Anyone use content distribution networks?

I'm faced with handling some very large peak traffic on a site and I'm
looking into using some CDNs such as Akamai to provide the extra
bandwidth and responsiveness. I haven't found a lot online about dealing
with the convergence of caching and ssl/aspx pages. My aspx pages nearly
all have some sort of personalization and dynamic content on them. Can
someone point me in the right direction? I have some ideas, but would
love to hear from someone who's been here before.
