ActiveX control maybe? I wouldn't be surprised if there were a number of controls you could purchase to do this. Another way to go is w/client-side javascript. If that's of interest, you might have a look at the perspective wiki engine--that's free & open-source & has a nice edit function (tho it's not perfect).
