You said you wanted to allow users to "edit their own web pages". Are
you looking for full HTML editing of web pages, or do you simply want
them to be able to edit the *content* of a web page? A CMS/Portal
system like DotNetNuke would get you going much quicker.

Of, if you really need to give the users ability to edit HTML, just be
careful of what you let them add. You don't want to open up your site
for any type of scripting attacks by letting them craft their own
javascript. ;)

Subject: [DOTNET-WEB] Online HTML editor

Hi,

I want to create an online HTML editor where a user can edit their own
web pages. I have been out of the web development game for a while, but
in the past I created it using an IFRAME. I can remember reading about
windows applications running in a web environment, I can not for the
life of me remember what it is called though. Do you think this would
work creating an online HTML editor?

Regards,

Andrew Dunn
