First I haven't really looked at this yet so my idea could be silly. It's
just a thought occurs. Have you looked at creating a sample document like
you want and just mimic the xml pattern it is in after you save? Again I'm
actually on Office 2007 (for about a week) so haven't actually had a
chance to save a Word doc in the new format, but a sort of template
approach comes to mind if you don't need a huge amount of flexibility in
this.
