PIA - Interop Assemblies - Excel

Hello, In an application, I'd like the some features of Excel 2007. To do that, I installed this : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=59daebaa-bed4-4282-a28c-b864d8bfa513&DisplayLang=en I see Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel, Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook in the assembly. But I have two problems : 1. The assemblies not appear in VS2005 (SP1) 2. I'd like use the DLL but I don't find them. If you have, could you send me ?
