Actually, MZ-Tools 5.0 has a utility that will sort code elements.  I
don't use it because we work in SourceSafe, but I did try it out and
found it worked as advertised.

I don't know if there is any tool/add in but if would like to look at
all the methods inside a class you can use the right hand side dropdown
just underneath the titlebar for the window you are writing your code
in.  That dropdown list has everything alphabetized.
