I don't necessarily need this within a "text editing" environment. I simply want to know if there is a control for this, or must I create my own "floating button that exposes a menu" control? -----Original Message----- From: Discussion forum for developers using Windows Forms to build apps and controls [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Martin Wawrusch (Neovalis) Sent: Thursday, April 05, 2007 11:16 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [DOTNET-WINFORMS] AW: [DOTNET-WINFORMS] Autotag? You might want to check out Actipro's Syntaxeditor product with .Net languages AddOn. That's exactly what you will need. http:/www.actiprosoftware.com Martin -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- Von: Discussion forum for developers using Windows Forms to build apps and controls [mailto:[email protected]] Im Auftrag von Bhatnagar, Amit Gesendet: Donnerstag, 05. In visual studio, when you type a method name that doesn't exist, a little button appears and if you click it, it lets you generate the stub for that method. See this screenshot of what I am trying to describe: http://img113.imageshack.us/img113/9587/autotagscreenshotsd0.jpg What is this called? Is this an autotag? Regardless of what it is called, how do I create one of these? The information contained in this e-mail message is PRIVATE. It may contain confidential information and may be legally privileged.
