If word is installed on your webserver, could you not use that exposed
object?

There are certain fields in our app, .NET 2.0 Windows application, where
users type the text into WORD, spell check it with WORD and then copy
the
text into our application.  Is there 3rd party software we can purchase
for
this or perhaps a web service we can call into?
