I wish I'd seen this way back when you first posted it.. i would have said
to turn them loose, for their own good.  Never used VSS?  Never heard of a
stored procedure?  I remember those days. *wipes away tear*

I have 2 brand new (just out of college) developers on staff.  One has
never heard of source safe even. Neither have used SQL - EM or QA.  I
need to try to start training them on .NET  & SQL  and am really at a
loss of where/how to start.  Any recommendations?  Any books I should
get for them as total newbies?
