References for Setup Projects

I am having a hard time trying to get at the details of Setup Projects
for VS2005.  Are there any good books or websites that have complete
(OK, fairly complete) details on creating set projects (with details to
setting up shortcuts, using other dialogs, installing additional items
or applications, etc.)?
