without wanting to sound too harsh, could you consider at least trying to  
research for a solutions to your problems yourself before posting here? I  
mean, just searching for the exact error message "GC overhead limit  
exceeded" with Google reveals this question has been asked here last year:  
<http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=5114529> (the first hit  
 from Google), and somebody already answered there by pointing to  
<http://java.sun.com/javase/technologies/hotspot/gc/gc_tuning_6.html#par_gc.oom>  
which explains it nicely.

I mean, this is really nothing anybody with minimal web literacy couldn't  
have figured out on their own.

Despite this list being "ADVANCED-JAVA", the bunch on this list is usually  
very glad to answer more basic questions as well, but we really appreciate  
if we see people respect our time and don't use us as a substitute for a  
minute or two of Googling.
