Eclipse

I know that this is not a platform discussion.  However, I was wondering if=
 anyone can point me in the right direction.  I have a Java project in Ecli=
pse, but it seems to have got stuck to a particular version of the class. W=
hen I change code it executes one old version of the class.  I have tried c=
leaning and rebuilding and deleting the bin folders and sometimes it works =
and sometimes it doesn't.  Is there some way to turn off this cache??  Any =
information that you can give me would be wonderful.
