I assume from your mail that you are using the latest binary release
1.0.19. This has since then been added in the CVS version, which should
be relatively simple to build yourself - please follow the instructions
here:
        http://jawinproject.sourceforge.net/jawindeveloper.html

(side note: Roger, if you are reading this - how about we make a new
binary release early next week? - there have been quite some refactoring
in the code, and I have added a bunch of new documentation (which I hope
to "round off" this weekend) - so what do you think).
