Re: Why JCOM, JACOB and JAWIN?

Yes, I have made my own decision. Four years ago I had got JAWIN idea and
wrote a new Java-COM Bridge named NJAWIN. It was started as a paraphrase of
JAWIN but now this is the different project. Now this project named OLEJA
(OLE for JAva) . It accepted by my company as a part of our product. I have
debugged it and it can be commercial. OLEJA differs from JAWIN. Its main
features are
- all OLE specifics are hidden from Java Programmer,
- no new types but java types (except reference classes like LongRef,
IntRef, ObjectRef, etc.),
- full support of OLE Automation including COM events,
- support for ActiveXs with GUI,
- the ability to draw in background of a windowless ActiveX from java code
is available,
- all means for calls of WIN32 functions are removed, as I want to write
different code,
- thread marshaling invoked by default and hidden from Java Programmer.
