Most of the com.develop.jawin.win32 (except Ole32) is used by the
org_jawin_code_TypeLibWrapper.cpp native group of code for investigating
type info and passing it to the Jawin Type Browser.  Unless someone has
applied it differently since then, that is the purpose.
