more cvs-notify weirdness

so it seems that when you do a single cvs commit and the list of files exceeds
one line, that cvs-notify decides to send multiple emails, one
for each line?

also the subject line sometimes is like "netWindows/winScripts sigslot_core2.js"
with a space in there. I think dependent on how the developer invoked cvs commit.
instead i would think it should just use some depot-relative path from the top?
