split pane changes

Yesterday I checked in a bunch of documentation for the split pane widget. I
snuck an inline constructor change in with the documentation that would
probably escape notice (until someone wonders why their stuff is broken).
Previously, there was a "horizontal" attribute which behaved in a
counter-intuitive fashion. The name of this attribute has been changed to
"vertical", while the effects of the values ("true" or "false") remains the
same. If "true", the pane set is split along the Y axis, and if "false" (or
omitted) the pane set is split in a top-bottom configuration.
Hopefully I got this out before too many people sync'd and started cursing my
name or writing long emails describing how their pages no longer work = )
Regards
