That'd be great. I'm using the 1.2 release from your website at the

Well, half the time was spent reading the sigslot library from top to 
bottom. So it was a good excuse to get to know how it worked.

I suppose it'd be trivial to make a light-weight instance method (as the 
slot) call a heavy-weight class method if you're really worried about it.

Hey, perhaps, in some situation I can't imagine right now, you could find 
reason to make a class method a slot so that it also calls the same method 
of all current instances. It this situation the generally 
counter-intuitive behaviour may be useful :). You'd only need to make one 
connection!
