Thanks Alex,

This is enormously helpful and exactly what I needed & have been waiting
for! I will integrate it into my little "RPC " mechanism. This will replace
my php-array-to-javascript-array-in-script-section method. Maybe I can
generalize the php backend for others to use. It is very primitive, but as
long as it works...

I cannot find the email in which you referred me to the
HOW-TO-post-forms-with-NW (duh again!), and it does not seem to be included
in this documentation (or is it?). This is probably the most pragmatic way
of sending complex data. Does it make sense and is it possible to let the
script construct virtual forms and populate with data, submit it by itself,
or is this not possible because of security limitations of javascript?

Sample pages are traditionally in the docs/widget_test_pages directory.
There
should be example pages for most of the main widgets there.

Nope, the new complete manual which includes the FAQ as part of it. Here's a

link to a draft version:

	http://netWindows.org/docs/manual.pdf (aprox 361K)

In the section "API Reference", look for the section on data_core.js. It
starts on page 56 as numbered internally, or 62 as numbered by acrobat
reader. There are three and a half pages of examples now. Let me know if you

need any other information.

Regards.
