build script updates, validator refactoring

Happy New Years everyone!

As Dee and Michael at TSC are painfully aware, I've been spending a 
little time trying to slim down our validator code and remove dead 
wood. To that end, validators.js has been removed and 
validator_widgets.js now using the functions in extend_ecma.js for 
format conversion exclusively.

Additionally, last week I fleshed out the "release" task in the ant 
build some more to create saner single-core-file builds as well as 
including the correct support files in the release tarball to allow 
direct use of the ant result as our final product.

netWindows_full_core.js now does not attempt to __scripts__.require() 
the files that are concatenated to form it.
