Hey All,

Dee Gould from TSC software found a problem with the pre-release I 
sent around last night, and so there's a new file available from 
SF.net:

(scroll down to the bottom for the 0.4.0pre* files)

There isn't a CVS tag yet since CVS seems to be borken for the time 
being.
