A tag corresponding the the tarball I sent the link to yesterday is 
now available as "pre_0_4_0_pre3". You can sync to this using "cvs 
update -j pre_0_4_0_pre3" or cvs "update -r pre_0_4_0_pre3", with the 
second being "sticky" and the first simply merging in changes without 
marking your checkout.
