CVS ok-ish, notification script not so much

Looks like the weirdness with dissapeared CVS versions is gone, but in 
it's place SF CVS is refusing to kick out messages to our 
notification list. Ugg.

I'll give it a look as soon as i get some more important things sown 
up...just don't expect a CVS commit notice of that = )
