Yes. It's going to get completely re-written in the style and shape of 
the new tree widget. The API for items in both is going to be 
unified, and there will be a url-loadable menu option. The current 
ctor syntax is probably not going to change tooooooo much, but I 
can't make promises.

MDA will doubtless have some other inputs on the topic, as I know that 
he is interested in how it turns out as well.

We should talk about this more before anyone does anything, I think. I
