.Tooltip-div CSS class

There has been a niggling bug in the 0.4pre* builds with tooltips on 
pages that do not make use of the builtin themeing mechanism and 
instead opt to use CSS styling for widgets.

The origin of the problem has been that no CSS class has been made 
available for styling of tooltips when CSS attributes are not 
explicitly set. This has been fixed as of last night's CVS, and the 
new class .Tooltip-div should now contain at least a background color 
and font color on every page that does not use builtin themes to 
avoid the "ghost tooltip" problem.

Given that CSS themes have now become "first class", does anyone want 
to try their hand at a comprehensive CSS theme in a single file? I'm 
(quite obviously) no artist so any help along these lines is 
appreciated.
