menu_widget2 and menu_bar

Hi there,

I haven't had much luck including menu_widget2 inside a menu_bar (latest
CVS version). Tried renaming menu_widget2.js to menu_widget.js, but it
just gave an error. 

After v. quick comparison of the code for each, I can see some API
changes: menu_widget uses showMenu(), menu_widget2 uses show(). I'm
happy to have a go at hacking menu_bar_widget.js to make a
menu_bar_widget2.js, but want to be sure this is the right way to go.
