__env__.submitForm() does not handle multi-select values

Hi Alex,

The submitForm function in env_core.js does not handle mutiple select
values.  It copies only the first selected value from the select
element inside the form.  Is this is known bug?

Here is the code for sample invokation - 
         __env__.submitForm(form, action, dest);
