Altering the tab posn in tabbed_pane

Can someone point me to the position in the scripts that determines where
the tabs appear in relation to the pane. I have 3 sets of tabbed panes, 2
above a central horizontal split and one below. I would like to have the
tabbed pane below the horizontal spilt to have the tabs along the bottom
edge of the panes.

btw the 4.0pre6 distribution available from the www.netwindows.org site is
missing the lorem_ipsum.html file from CVS, required for a number of the
tests.
