Are you still looking for a way to solve your
problem. If so, I hope my following suggestion is
somewhat helpful to you.
First open a rowset with MS Client cursor engine.
Then get the interface IRowsetView. You'd better use
TView with help of chapter by setting filter and sort
to create a new chapter rowset from an original
rowset. This can be very efficient because you don't
have to resend a query to a backend database. For how
to do it, see the sample FilterSort in OleDBPro.
