Unfortunately that won't work for this case.  Every user that we give
access to the service must enter the IP address that they will access
the service from.  The user id is passed with the call to the service
with the calling IP validated based on the user id.

IIS Directory Security - IP Address/Domain Name restriction might do the
same.

Is there any way to collect the client IP address that is making a call
to my SOAP Service?  I'm using a VB COM and SM Toolkit 3.

I would like to restrict access to the SOAP service by IP Address.
