SOAP with attachments example in wsdl

Hi,

can somebody point me to a sample or example which shows me how to describe
a service in wsdl which sends some / all of the parameters as an attachment
using the mime binding for wsdl?

Ideally the example should also describe how to generate a client stub
and/or a server skel using one of the widely used implementations (ideally
Apache AXIS or GLUE, .NET).
