Hi,
It must also be pointed out that the use of the encodingStyle
attribute is optional, and "no claims" means "reader makes right",
not necessarily that no encoding was used. In the past I've
suggested that the use of encodingStyle be mandatory to simplify
receiver processing, but it's still a MAY in SOAP 1.2.
