What is the actual URL for the Web service? I'm going to guess that you
aren't affiliated with
  ARG Enterprise, Inc.
  8825 Centreville Road
  Suite 870
  NA
  Manassas, VA 20110
  US
(based on whois output-- I am cautious about actually going to a site
with that many X's ;-).
That's probably why this most recent change failed. Replace the Uri in
service() with the real location of the WSDL. Then let us know what
happened.
