Printer Service discovery using SOAP in local network

Hi,

I am new to SOAP ...gone through the specification and familiar
with gSOAP.

How services implemented on Printers can be discovered using SOAP
in the local network/enterprise private network?

These services are not registered with the Public UDDI
registeries.
Do we need to implement some private registry for them?
