Problem sending SOAP envelope

Hi List

I am relatively new to SOAP and have what i believe to be a fairly simple
problem. I am trying to send a soap envelope to a soap server, but it
appears that the server is not receiving the envelope.

I can provide details if anyone can help me.

I am using SOAP:Lite and the client application is written in PERL.

I have debug traces available if this will help.
