First thing is that I do not get this:

i installed server in one machine which is in another
 machine and client in one machine which is in another machine

Do you mean different subnets or networks? If so you must set the default gateway for client and server. And by the way did you set DCOM setting on the client specially "Run component on this computer: myServer"?

Second thing is that I believe you must have given server name (computer name or NetBIOS name) when you used clireg32.exe, I am not sure if it works with IP address. I think you had better try that as well.
