vb ide and .tlb file

When I create a class library in VB 6.0 and then 'Make a dll', where is
the .tlb file?  I see a .dll, exp and lib file.  Why I ask is I am trying=

to run the tlbimp.exe in the .NET SDK to create the necessary metadata fo=
r
ComInterop and I cannot seem to find the .tlb file for my COM Object.
