I've never seen that, but {99169CB1-A707-11D0-989D-00C04FD919C1} is the =
IISWAM.OutofProcessPool object from C:\WINNT\System32\inetsrv\wam.dll, =
so I'm guessing your web app is configured in the Medium Isolation =
level, have you tried configuring it as Out of Process not pooled (High =
Isolation)??

Subject: [VBCOM] dllhost.exe will not start

We have been unable to view pages from our web server today (Windows =
2000).
 When we chack the event log, the follwing is logged numerous times:

10/11/2002      11:39:31 AM     DCOM    Error   None    10001   NT =
AUTHORITY\SYSTEM     MachineName
"Unable to start a DCOM Server: {99169CB1-A707-11D0-989D-00C04FD919C1} =
as
./IWAM_MachineName. The error:
""Access is denied. ""
Happened while starting this command:
C:\WINNT\System32\dllhost.exe =
/Processid:{3D14228D-FBE1-11D0-995D-00C04FD919C1}
"

Anyone ever seen this?
