DCOM Access Denied

I am attemtping to remote to a DLL on another server (Windows 2000 Server=
)
from an XP client.  I created a COM+ application, pointed to the physical=

DLL in the System32 folder and added the DLL.  I then exported a client
application poroxy and installed the proxy on the XP client.  On the Crea=
teObject
call, I get an access denied error.  Back on the server, I can see the 'b=
all
spinning' in the COM+ package.

Does the 'ball spinning' mean I have accessed the dll from the client mac=
hine?
 If yes, why am I getting an Access denied error?  I went into OLEVIEW an=
d
added 'Network: user accessing this object remotely' to the Launch & Acce=
ss
permissions.

I am simply confused what the 'spinnign ball' means as far as remote clie=
nt
access is concerned.

Same error.
